Our Story
The dream began in 202O when Madi began decorating sugar cookies from her apartment during the pandemic lockdown. Soon after Madi opened her first home bakery, SoDangGood, the orders came flying in by the dozen. As time went on Madi realized she wanted to expand beyond just cookies. She set her sights on pursuing a diploma in Boulangerie from Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
She swapped the heat of San Antonio for the high temps of bread ovens and packed Parisian subway cars. After graduating with honors, Madi knew her story in Paris was far from over. She quickly made plans to return to Le Cordon Bleu to complete a Patisserie course.
One unforgettable year later, she returned to her home in Texas with two diplomas and a dream of bringing a taste of the Parisian corner bakery she had fallen in love with.
